1- Your customer account is created
- System data is sent to you via registration email
- Upload current electricity contracts
MOBIKO reviews and approves your electricity contract
2Only after contract approval:
- Upload your charging receipts for month 1
- Upload of receipts from previous months is only possible if the contract covers these months and your company has approved the billing
MOBIKO reviews and approves your charging receipts
3- Upload your charging receipts for month 2
- Charging costs for month 1 will be reimbursed the following month
MOBIKO reviews charging receipts; employer reimburses costs via payroll
4- Upload your charging receipts for month 3
- Charging costs for month 2 will be reimbursed the following month
MOBIKO reviews charging receipts; employer reimburses costs via payroll

Important for you:
Electricity contracts must be approved before you can upload charging receipts.

Always upload charging receipts in the following month (between the 1st and 31st).

Reimbursements are always made via payroll with the following month’s salary, e.g., charging costs from August are reimbursed with the September salary.
