Mobility Categories – What to Submit and Where?

All mobility categories must be approved by your employer to be reimbursable through MOBIKO. Depending on your company, some categories may be permitted or excluded.

Which categories are allowed for me?

If you have questions about approvals or the scope of benefits, please contact your HR department or the designated contact person directly.
Otherwise, feel free to check in the MOBIKO app which categories you can submit receipts for—only approved categories are shown there.

How is my mobility budget taxed?

The taxation of your mobility budget depends on your company’s settings.

For example, your employer might apply a so-called “Green Taxation” – meaning certain sustainable mobility categories (like public transport or cycling) are supported tax-free.

Where can I see what applies to me?
Open the MOBIKO app (mobile or web version).

Under your profile, you’ll find information about your individual taxation and approved mobility categories.
