Service hours

MOBIKO GmbH ensures that the service is available on the following days and at the following times:

    Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    The agreed time zone for all service hours is Europe/Berlin.

    Exceptions are public holidays in Bavaria:

      New Year's Day – January 1
      Epiphany – January 6 Good Friday – variable Easter Monday – variable Labor Day – May 1 Ascension Day – variable Pentecost Monday – variable Corpus Christi – variable Assumption Day – August 15 German Unity Day – October 3 All Saints' Day – November 1 Christmas Day – December 25 Boxing Day – December 26
      Response times

      On business days, support requests are responded to within the same business day.

      Support is available in German and English.


      How can I contact support?

      You can contact MOBIKO GmbH support in the following ways:

        Via the chatbot on the website https://mobiko.net, located at the bottom right as a green speech bubble icon.
          The chatbot is available when support is not currently available and can answer all questions directly before support is needed. → If the chatbot cannot solve the problem, a support ticket is automatically created and forwarded to the support team. Directly via the MOBIKO PWA (smartphone app) -> Gear icon -> Contact button -> Email is forwarded to support By email to support@mobiko.de  

          This way, you can get quick support and answers to your questions.
