What does MOBIKO mean and what is the idea behind it?
MOBIKO (short for mobility quota) is a company based in Munich. Since 2018, we have been developing solutions that enable you, as an employee, to enjoy flexible and sustainable mobility.
Our goal is to give companies the opportunity to offer their employees modern and flexible mobility solutions – free from rigid processes and unnecessary complexity.
Our vision: a platform that holistically maps, manages, and bills employee mobility.

What does that mean for you?
With MOBIKO, you get access to a platform that lets you use all the types of mobility approved by your employer.
The MOBIKO app gives you a personal mobility budget that you can use worldwide for all available modes of transport and mobility services – both for commuting and for private use.
Billing is simple via the app and is automatically optimized using an integrated tax algorithm.
In addition, you can book your Germany Job Ticket, manage your mobility budget, and conveniently bill your home charging activities directly in the app.

Who is behind MOBIKO?
We are a team of around 25 dedicated individuals based in Munich and the Cologne area.
Our mission: to make mobility easier, fairer, and more environmentally friendly for everyone.
We are fully committed to developing sustainable mobility solutions that meet people's needs. These include the introduction of the MOBIKO home charging manager, which enables the accurate billing of home charging costs for electric company cars, and the direct booking of the Germany Job Ticket in the app.
