User Management – How can I change my name in MOBIKO (e.g. after getting married)?
A name change — for example, due to marriage — can be easily arranged through your employer or directly via MOBIKO Support.
📌 Important to know:
Your user data (name, email address, etc.) can only be edited by your employer or the MOBIKO Support team.
How it works:
Please contact your HR representative or send a short email to support@mobiko.de with your name change request.
An official confirmation (e.g. marriage certificate) is not required.
Note on receipt reimbursement:
Please make sure to update your name with any providers or platforms from which you submit receipts to MOBIKO.
Example:
If your public transport subscription account is still under your old name, but your ticket already shows your new surname, the receipt may be rejected — as the name on the receipt and account do not match.
