How can I change my name in MOBIKO?

AYou can arrange for a name changechange, — for example,e.g., due to marriage — can be easily arrangedmarriage, through your employeremployer.

YourOnly your employer and MOBIKO Support are authorized to edit your user data (name, email address, etc.) can only be edited by your employer or the MOBIKO Support team..

How it works:

Please contact yourthe HRrelevant representativeperson or send a short email to support@mobiko.de withat your name change request.
An official confirmation (e.g. marriage certificate) is not required.company.

Note on receipt reimbursement:

Please make sure tothat you also update your new name with anyother providers or platformsportals from which you submit receiptsinvoices toin MOBIKO.

Example:
If your public transport subscription account is still under your old name, but your ticket already shows your new surname, the receipt may be rejected — asbecause the name on the receipt and accountinvoice do not match.
