How can I change my name in MOBIKO?

You can arrange for a name change, e.g., due to marriage, through your employer.
 

Important to know:
Only your employer and MOBIKO Support are authorized to edit your user data (name, email address, etc.).

How it works:

Please contact the relevant person at your company.

Note on receipt reimbursement:

Please make sure that you also update your new name with other providers or portals from which you submit invoices in MOBIKO.

Example:
If your public transport subscription account is still under your old name, but your ticket shows your new surname, the receipt may be rejected because the name and invoice do not match.
