Using multiple devices simultaneously - is that possible?
Yes! You can log in on as many devices as you like – e.g. on your new smartphone, your old cell phone, your laptop, or tablet. You can switch between devices at any time.
Do I have to continue using my old device?
No. Once you have set up MOBIKO on your new device, you can submit all your receipts via it. Your old device is no longer needed.
How do I access MOBIKO?
MOBIKO works as a web app. All you have to do is open mobile.mobiko.net in your browser and add the app to your home screen or desktop, depending on your device.
Will I lose data if I change devices?
No. All your data is stored in your MOBIKO account and automatically syncs to every device you are logged into.
Can I use different devices at the same time?
Yes, anytime. For example, you can upload receipts via your smartphone and continue working on your laptop later – without any restrictions.
