How do I register with MOBIKO?
You will receive an invitation email from either your employer or MOBIKO โ€“ usually sent to your company email address registered with MOBIKO.

  1. Open the invitation email and click on the registration link.

  2. Follow the instructions to confirm your personal details and set a password.

  3. The email address the invitation was sent to will also be your MOBIKO login email.

The invitation is valid for 35 days. You will receive reminder emails during this period.
If the invitation is not accepted within this timeframe, your account will be automatically deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.

Important:
If you havenโ€™t received the invitation email, please also check your spam folder, or contact your MOBIKO administrator.


What can I do if I havenโ€™t received my registration email?
The invitation is sent either immediately or at a scheduled time.
Please check the following:

๐Ÿ“ฌ Inbox & Spam Folder:
The invitation may have ended up in your spam folder.

๐Ÿ“ง Correct Email Address:
Make sure youโ€™re checking the email address your employer registered with MOBIKO.

๐Ÿ•’ Scheduled Send-Out:
In some cases, invitations are sent at a later date automatically.


Tip:
If you canโ€™t find the invitation email in either your inbox or spam folder, please reach out to your HR department or the MOBIKO Support Team.
They can issue a new invitation if needed.
