How do I register with MOBIKO?

  1. Receive invitation / Contact HR department
    You will receive an invitation email from eitherMOBIKO yourby employer or MOBIKOemail – usually sent to your company email address registeredstored with MOBIKO.


    Important:
      In order to receive the invitation, your HR department must first create your account with the necessary user data (e.g., personnel number, budget limit, permitted mobility categories, etc.).
      It is therefore advisable to contact your HR department first before contacting MOBIKO support, as we only intervene in the event of technical problems or to provide further assistance.
    1. Complete registration

      Open the invitation email and click on the registration link.
      Now enter a password that you would like to use to log in to MOBIKO in the future.

    2. Login

      Follow the instructions to confirm your personal details and set a password.

    Please contact your company representative if you should already have access to MOBIKO but have not yet been invited.
